  • Had my first taste of Reiki today with Nia. Felt very relaxed under Nia's warm hands (well they felt warm to me!) and slightly tingly. Whilst driving home I felt incredibly tired & had a dreadful headache but remarkably quite soon I started to feel quite energised

  • I’ve just taken part my first Reiki session and not being an ‘alternative therapy’ person and apt to question the science, didn’t expect anything to happen at all. Surprisingly, I found the session relaxing and positive.  It helped me to (forced me to) relax and completely relaxing is something I’m out of the habit of doing. I’m not sure what goes on but the initial experience of heat and tiredness has given way to a feeling of improved wellbeing. This may be the Reiki or is it the prunes? I plan to find out with some more sessions!
