
Coaching is about giving you dedicated time and space to think, discuss and plan for your ‘here and now’ and for your future. You may want to find a path through a personal challenge or a business challenge
Coaching is a process whereby you, as the client identify your goals and identify paths and steps to reaching those goals. Along the way you may identify areas of developments that you want to pursue, relationships that you want to improve or challenges that you want to conquer. Your coach will support you to think, feel, see and hear how you can achieve your goals to get to exactly where you want to be.

Coaching is not ‘therapy’ by another name.... The key difference between coaching and the therapies is that coaching does not seek to resolve the deeper underlying issues that are the cause of serious problems like poor motivation, low self-esteem and poor job performance. Coaching and mentoring programmes are generally more concerned with the practical issues of setting goals and achieving results within specific time-scales.
Counselling takes place when a counsellor sees a client in a private and confidential setting to explore a difficulty the client is having, distress they may be experiencing or perhaps their dissatisfaction with life, or loss of a sense of direction and purpose. (BACP)
